Shipping Policies and Prices

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only.  This is done to try and prevent your package from sitting over the weekend in a shipping facility.  Any Order that comes in on a Tuesday after 12pm may not ship until the following week.  We ship anywhere inside the United States. 

We offer United States Postal Service as well as FedEx as our shipping sources.  The USPS Priority mail roughly takes between 2-3 days to arrive.  Priority Mail will run anywhere from about $12 to $16.  All depending on the amount of cheese you are shipping.  If you are shipping large amounts of cheese (15lbs or more) please contact us for an estimate.  FedEx has different offerings.   Ground, which may take up to 7 days.  Express Saver, which will take the most of 3days to arrive.  2nd Day will arrive in two days.

Please keep in mind what state you are sending to and what kind of temperatures they have there. We do not recommend shipping to states with warm temperatures via FedEx Ground. It may take up to 7 days for them to receive the package

USPS is a flat rate price and FedEx will vary due to the size and weight of the package.

Handling - $5.00 per address

Ice - $0.75 each  (depends on where the package is going, temperatures and the amount of  cheese being sent.  Summer months we use more Ice!)

We reserve the right to add any amount of ice to aid in the delivery of Cheese to warmer areas or during warmer months.

If you would not like ice in your package, you must contact us and direct us to not place ice in your package.

Due to the fact that cheese is a perishable product shipping can be tricky depending on the time of year and the temperatures of where the package is being shipped.  Because there are no guarantees with these shippers, we do not accept any responsibility once the package leaves our hands and cannot control the environment it enters. The package is in the care of the Shippers.  We will take great care and precaution when preparing your order with the information provided.  Shipping is at your own risk, especially in the Summer Months.  We use these shippers because in the past they have been most reliable. 

When shipping please make sure your recipient will be home, or send it to thier place of employment, a neighbor's or a friend's home where someone will be home to receive the package. By doing this it will eliminate the chance of the package sitting outside all day.  Please make sure to include all information that is asked.  This will help to aid us in making sure your shipping experience is a good one.Thank you for choosing our Cheese!!
