7 Year Yellow Cheddar - 8oz

This is a great cheese for those of you who are looking for something a bit stronger than the 4 year cheddar. The texture will be more crumbly than the 4 year, but at room temp it is wonderfully creamy in your mouth! The 7 year Cheddar can have appears to be white specks. That is Calcium Lactate Crystals and is completely normal for this age of cheese. For most, that is one of their favorite parts!
